Driving Directions
From Downtown Los Angeles (approx. 25 miles east): Take I-10 East toward San Bernardino. Exit at Azusa Avenue and head south. Our facility is located on the right side of N Azusa Ave in West Covina.
From Pasadena (approx. 18 miles southeast): Take I-210 East to I-605 South, then merge onto I-10 East. Exit at Azusa Avenue and head south to reach our treatment center.
From Ontario/Inland Empire (approx. 20 miles west): Take I-10 West toward Los Angeles. Exit at Azusa Avenue and head south. MNDA Recovery will be on your right.
